Terms of Service – Jetify

Welcome to Jetify! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Jetify’s SaaS platform, including the WhatsApp Business API tools provided to our Tenants. By using Jetify, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing Jetify’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any updates that may be posted on the Jetify website.

2. Account & Tenancy

  • Each user must create a Tenant account to access Jetify’s SaaS platform.
  • Tenants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Tenants must ensure all information provided during signup is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Unauthorized account use or sharing of credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscription & Payment

  • Jetify provides subscription-based access to its SaaS platform; tenants select plans to access features.
  • Tenants are solely responsible for linking their Meta account with a valid payment method (credit/debit card) to cover messaging costs. Jetify does not process these Meta charges.
  • Jetify may charge for SaaS plan subscription fees as per the selected plan. Plan fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
  • Payment disputes related to Meta messaging fees must be addressed directly with Meta.

4. Usage Rules

Tenants agree to:

  • Use Jetify services in compliance with Meta’s WhatsApp Business API rules and applicable laws.
  • Not use the platform for spam, fraudulent activity, or sending unauthorized messages.
  • Maintain accurate recipient consent for all messages sent via Jetify tools.
  • Immediately report any security breaches or unauthorized access to Jetify support.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All Jetify platform content, software, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of Jetify and protected by copyright and other laws.
  • Tenants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for permitted purposes only.
  • Tenants may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Jetify’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Jetify provides its SaaS tools on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Jetify is not responsible for Meta messaging fees or any third-party service charges.
  • Tenants agree that Jetify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Termination

Jetify may suspend or terminate tenant accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms or Meta WhatsApp policies.
  • Illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity on the platform.
  • Non-payment of subscription fees.

Tenants may also terminate their subscription at any time through the Jetify dashboard.

8. Refund Policy

Jetify follows a separate Refund Policy detailing plan subscriptions, partial refunds, and cancellation procedures.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of Jetify services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in West Bengal, India.
