These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.jetify.in and our services, including WhatsApp automation, AI chatbot, and e-commerce notification tools (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
  • By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information (name, email, phone, business details) when signing up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@jetify.in of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Our Services operate on a subscription basis.
  • Fees must be paid in advance through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or use purchased contact lists.
  • Share illegal, abusive, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Violate WhatsApp Business or Meta Commerce Policies.
  • Upload malware, hack, or interfere with our systems.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.


5. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

  • Our Services integrate with Meta’s WhatsApp Business API.
  • You must comply with WhatsApp Business & Commerce Policies at all times.
  • Any violation may lead to account suspension or termination.

6. Service Availability

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • Scheduled maintenance or third-party outages (Meta/WhatsApp) may cause temporary disruptions.
  • We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or non-payment.
  • Data may be deleted as per our retention policy upon termination.

9. Refunds

Refunds are only available in cases outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (e.g., duplicate payment, service not delivered, unauthorized charges reported within 7 days).


10. Limitation of Liability

  • Jetify is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 30 days.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jetify harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.


12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
