Refund & Cancellation Policy – Jetify
This Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures fair and transparent handling of refund requests while protecting both Jetify and its Tenants. Jetify operates as a Meta-approved WhatsApp Business API Tech Provider. All WhatsApp message costs are billed directly by Meta to the Tenant. Jetify does not process these message charges.
1. Trial Period
Jetify offers a 14-day free trial for new Tenants to explore platform features and WhatsApp API automation tools.
- No payment method is required during the trial.
- Tenants can evaluate Jetify before subscribing to a paid tool plan.
- Refunds do not apply for free trials.
⏱️ Trial Duration: 14 days from the date of account activation.
2. Jetify Subscription & Meta Message Costs
– Tenants must subscribe to a Jetify tool plan to access the platform.
– WhatsApp message costs are charged directly by Meta to the Tenant.
– Jetify does not collect or process payments for message charges.
– Refunds are only applicable for Jetify subscription fees, not for any Meta message charges.
⏱️ Subscription activation: Immediately after successful payment.
3. Non-Refundable Services
All Jetify services are non-refundable, including:
- Jetify tool subscriptions
- Add-ons, automation, or premium SaaS features
- Chatbot development or one-time setup charges
- Third-party integrations
These are non-refundable due to operational and infrastructure costs.
⏱️ Once activated or delivered, these services cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Technical Issues
If a Tenant experiences verified technical issues that prevent effective use of Jetify, and the issue is confirmed by Jetify support:
- A partial or full refund of Jetify subscription fees may be issued at Jetify’s discretion.
- Meta message charges are non-refundable, as they are billed directly by Meta.
⏱️ Technical issue verification: within 3–7 business days of report submission.
⏱️ Refund (if approved) processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges
If any unauthorized Jetify subscription charge occurs, Tenants must contact support@jetify.in immediately.
- Upon verification, Jetify will refund only its own service charges.
- Meta message charges cannot be refunded by Jetify.
⏱️ Verification and resolution: within 5–7 business days of complaint receipt.
⏱️ Refund (if applicable) issued within 7–10 business days after verification.
6. Cancellation Policy
Tenants may cancel their Jetify subscription at any time via dashboard or support.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period, except in exceptional cases reviewed by Jetify.
- Tenants must manage their Meta account to control message costs.
⏱️ Cancellation processed within 1–2 business days.
⏱️ Subscription access remains active until the billing period ends.
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund for Jetify subscription fees:
- Email support@jetify.in
- Include registered email and transaction details
- Explain the reason for the refund request
Jetify will respond within 3–5 business days.
Note: Jetify cannot refund any payments made directly to Meta for messages.
⏱️ Refund decision finalized within 7–10 business days after complete verification.
⏱️ Approved refunds credited within 5–7 business days after approval.
8. Policy Amendments
Jetify reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the official Jetify website.
⏱️ Updates become effective from the date of publication.
9. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with Indian laws and SaaS regulations. Tenants are encouraged to review Jetify Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for complete understanding of their rights and obligations.
