Acceptable Use Policy – Jetify
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets forth the rules and guidelines for the proper use of Jetify SaaS platform, including the WhatsApp Business API tools provided to our Tenants. By using Jetify, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Compliance with Laws
Tenants must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and Meta WhatsApp policies while using Jetify.
2. Prohibited Activities
Tenants are strictly prohibited from using Jetify services for:
- Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or phishing attempts.
- Promoting illegal products, services, or activities.
- Uploading malicious software, viruses, or any harmful code.
- Accessing or attempting to access other users’ accounts or confidential data.
- Automating messaging or scraping in violation of Meta’s API rules.
3. Messaging & Consent
- Tenants must obtain proper consent from recipients before sending messages.
- Messages should be relevant and not misleading or fraudulent.
- Jetify is not responsible for Meta messaging fees; tenants pay Meta directly per message.
4. Account Security
- Tenants must protect their login credentials and notify Jetify immediately of any unauthorized access.
- Sharing accounts with third parties or unauthorized users is prohibited.
5. Enforcement & Termination
Jetify may suspend or terminate tenant accounts for violating this AUP, including:
- Engaging in prohibited activities.
- Failure to comply with Meta WhatsApp policies.
- Any misuse that may harm Jetify’s platform, reputation, or other tenants.

Tenants are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this AUP or Meta WhatsApp policies by contacting Jetify support:

Jetify reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Jetify website. Tenants are responsible for reviewing the AUP periodically.
