  • Obtaining consent from end-users before sending messages
  • Reporting any suspected security breaches to Jetify immediately

5. Data Sharing

Jetify does not sell tenant or end-user data. Data may be shared with:

  • Meta for WhatsApp Business API purposes (tenant-approved messaging)
  • Service providers assisting with hosting, analytics, or customer support
  • Legal authorities when required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain tenant and end-user data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy, legal compliance, or as requested by the tenant for their account management.

7. Data Breach Notification

In case of any verified data breach affecting tenant or end-user data, Jetify will notify affected parties and regulatory authorities promptly in accordance with applicable law.

Jetify reserves the right to update this Data Protection & Security Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Jetify website. Tenants are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
